Mindful Movement focused on combining sustainability and well-being with a natural colour palette and designs inspired by shapes and textures found in the natural world.

This project development explored the use of elongated stitches to create Pointelle designs, visually interpreting the theme of transparency. 

 

I aimed to source sustainable yarn such as GOTS certified Cotton and Wool and utilise their properties to create samples that would provide transparency from fibre to product.
